What if a comet or some other fiction removed our ability to have electricity for 90 days everywhere on the planet? Many disruptions would occur to the entire world's economy. What would become the source of money exchange and what would be the store of value to make people feel secure about their future?
It would be titillating to decide not to pay any of our bills or obligations for a couple of months.
Some wood to burn, an axe to cut it and some plastic bottles of water would be the order of the day.
Perhaps the Sun would be worshiped again as the source of all light.
OMG no texting, no electronic media or yahoo news, and no networks of friends and followers.
For a while it would be a simpler time again if we were experiencing life without electricity for a few months. It could happen.
