Napoleon fretted that he hadn't surpassed the accomplishments of Caesar, Caesar thought of himself deficient compared to the great Alexander.
Alexander had no such problems as he had killed his Father, declared himself a God, and try as he might to die in battle, was able to constantly defy death and statistical probability, at least for six years.
