We can't watch the news or read the scandal pages without falling into the stink of someones past sins being the latest schadenfreude driven rush to judgment.
Man or woman no one can measure up to pious expectations a bored public demands of a public celebrity when they announce they are running for office. For no one can escape the scrutiny their character endures during life at the end of the rifle site.
Should St Francis of Assisi be around today I am sure his past would disgrace him should he step into the limelight.
A man's a man be he hail from New Jersey or Virginia, likewise a woman. No one is without sin, no not one. Imagine if you will if instead of the current leader, who I respect by the way, we had Hilary Clinton IMO the better qualified politician.
Once one has confessed and done their sentence let them have redemption for no one is without sin, no not one.
