Every morning when I wake up I put James Booker's"goodnight sweetheart" on you tube and spend a couple of minutes meditating on why I am glad to be alive today. I am not sure why but it comforts me.
During the piano blues piece Booker always says "goodnight ladies and gentlemen hope you come back tomorrow night, cause that's it for tonight" The music is wonderful and then it's time to get up and get about something.
I have read many persons philosophy's of life. Boiling it down it comes down to "I am glad I existed"
and "I am glad I get another day"
that's about it
