Libya has unknown allies. Some Countries play their hand carefully. America, France and Great Britain align against Libya. Other Countries far away and brooding in silence take offense at the triple alliance of France, Great Britain and America.
Secretly other powerful Countries begin to make complicated alliances concerning their strategic interests.
